Multishot is basically multiple bullets per shot. A multishot chance of 100% means every shot will actually produce 2 bullets. 50% means there is a 50/50 chance of two bullets. 150% means you will always shoot 2 bullets and have a 50/50 chance of 3 bullets and so on.
